Warranty cards are important in order to enjoy the longest possible warranty commitments. Please ensure that your dealer sends the warranty card completed by him to C. Bechstein Berlin or the respective manufacturer. Only then is such a comprehensive guarantee possible. Regularly required service activities and normal wear are excluded from the warranty. This serves for five years to protect you against very unlikely imperfections in materials and workmanship. For the precise terms and conditions, please refer to your warranty booklet, as well as the service check sheets, which allow easy detection of complete care. In case of a guarantee claim during the legally specified warranty period, both of which must be confirmed by a specialist, the piano is depending on the extent of the damage either sent to the factory or to a specialist repair. This decision is made by the manufacturer after consulting with an expert or the music store.
